Favourable, incredible location in Carlsbad, not far from restaurants, outlet and Legoland, and outlet shops. For tea or coffee visit Nekter Juice Bar nearby. Updated room by the garden and with a lot of space. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The location was fantastic. The staff was friendly and accommodating, our stay was enjoyable. The room showed some wear and could benefit from a thorough cleaning. Tight parking during busy hours was a slight inconvenience.

Everything was great, but we stayed for 3 nights only. Loved eggs, yogurt and hot waffles for breakfast. Generally the service was outstanding.

i booked soundproof double room here with coffee maker, all the comforts plus patio. the venue was set in the central position near to food places and legoland and outlets. i ate at the beach restaurant near the hotel.
Facilities were good, however Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The pool area needs better maintenance!!! Dirty water and closures are unacceptable!!! My stay was overshadowed by the chaos of noise from other guests!!! Housekeeping could be much more consistent!!! A few chairs for better relaxation would be great!!!

The location was amazing, just a short walk to everything 🏖️ the outdated rooms really need attention. We had a lot of noise from the road outside which disrupted our sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at Carlsbad By The Sea Hotel! The room was spacious, perfect for our family, and the kids loved the heated pool. We enjoyed the nearby food court, which offered great dining options. The hotel's location made it easy to relax between our trips to Legoland.
The parking was a bit tight during busy times.

rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Although you can hear everything from one to another. I like the location and pool.
Poor quality breakfast. facilities are ugly and bad. food is very unpleasant. gym is not a gym and bathroom is unusable

The location was fantastic-just a hop away from shopping and dining options. The friendly staff had me checked in faster than I could say 'LEGO! ' The pool was a delightful oasis, perfect after a day of adventures at Legoland. Clean rooms with comfy beds made for a restful night.
